Steve has a construction background and has been a safety professional and trainer for the past 14 years. Steve is responsible for the management of the RTO and development of training programs including the mentoring of trainers.

Kelly Sims

Accounts Administrator

Kelly is the Accounts and Administration Officer. Her positon includes liaising with clients, processing courses and all account duties including payroll and supplies.

Stephanie Gilson

Office & Compliance Manager

Stephanie provides position includes co-ordinating RTO and QA compliance, managing staff, liaising with clients and business development.



Theresa’s background as a Naturopath and working with the SES has given her extensive hands on first aid experience as a first aider in emergency situations ranging from rescues, accidents and weather events. Theresa’s First Aid knowledge and expertise extends to the continuation of her volunteering efforts in the community at events such as Local Shows and Festivals where she is a First aider.



Peter has a Batchelor of Adult and Vocational Teaching and has been a member of the Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Club for 48 years. He teaches First Aid to patrol officers at the club as well as administering First Aid as a patroller and IRB driver. He has had extensive experience with First Aid and surf rescue which enables him to provide great details to new trainees.



Anita has years of experience providing her First Aid skills as a Scout Leader, Events Director and Co-ordinator at community music festivals and large events. She is the appointed First Aider at these community events as well as the theatre productions she is involved in as Assistant Director.
